Restaurant Mexicano

HISTORY

 

It opened it’s doors to business on 1986 as “Antojitos del País”, afterwards it changed it’s name to “Restaurant Mexicano”  even though its clients knew it as “ Las Doñitas o Garibaldito”, this because of the presence of the musicians that offered their service for serenades.

 

Something characteristic about this restaurant is its kitchen, due to the fact it is open, what allows us to appreciate the maximum freshness of its products and it as close as possible to the domestic Mexican kitchen.

 

 

In this manner you will be able to observe how they cut vegetables or meat, the process of the mole or pipián, the elaboration of corn or flour tortillas and everything related to the grill like chilorio tacos, tripe, burritos and its very famous carne asada. Everything in your presence, without forgetting you can also observe the elaboration process of fruit salads, natural juices and bar service, everything at very affordable prices.

 

Another important characteristic is that in the mornings the exquisite aroma of coffee from the pot and hot menudo fills the restaurant. We also cannot forget another of the specialties of the day like lamb barbacoa served on Sunday, goat birria and pozole are served on Saturday.
